Senior SAP Consultant – S/4HANA Finance (m/f/d)
Location: Hamburg / Hybrid
Employment: Permanent, full-time

The opportunity
Join a growing, medium-sized SAP consulting organisation with an open culture, flat hierarchies and a collaborative working environment.
You will support major SAP S/4HANA transformation and conversion programmes, working closely with experienced colleagues across different specialist teams. The position offers early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to independently manage projects and customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

• Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and accounting processes
• Support large-scale S/4HANA transformation and conversion projects
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Configure and optimise solutions within SAP FI/CO, SAP PSM or PSCD
• Take increasing responsibility for clients, workstreams and projects
• Collaborate with SAP specialists from different functional and technical teams
• Contribute your own ideas to the development of solutions and consulting services

Your profile

• Several years of SAP consulting experience in FI/CO, PSM or PSCD
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is highly desirable
• Completed degree, ideally in business administration, business informatics or computer science
• Analytical, innovative and solution-focused working style
• Interest in both agile and traditional project management
• Confident communication with clients and stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, ABAP or SAP Fiori would be advantageous
• Willingness to work flexibly between client sites, the Hamburg office and home
