Tasks

To make all this happen, we are looking for a Business Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a mini-CEO for one of our key markets, taking full ownership of its performance and growth. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining our products' market leadership, driving product expansion, and enhancing operational efficiency.

In your first month

  • You understand our product, customers, and operational landscape; how value is created, delivered, and scaled and start identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • You’ve built strong working relationships with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams.

By 3 months

  • Alongside our Product Owner, you contribute to defining a clear product vision and strategy, grounded in customer needs and market realities.
  • You analyse product workflows and cost structures to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market without sacrificing product quality.
  • You coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure efficient and well-executed go-lives.
  • You become the main point of contact for our customers and engage directly with them, turning feedback into clear, actionable insights.

By 6 months

  • You proactively drive product and operational improvements that measurably impact efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • You influence roadmap decisions through market research, competitive analysis, and customer data.
  • You streamline customer support and success processes to improve response times and long-term customer health.
  • You’re trusted as a key partner across teams — shaping how we scale, not just what we build.

Requirements

🚀 What You Need to Be Successful:

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles within a B2B environment.
  • You are a native Spanish or German speaker and fluent in English.
  • With the strong background in client-facing roles you bring, you know how to engage stakeholders at every level, bridging the gap between technical execution and executive leadership.
  • You are interested in software development, are excited to learn new tools, and bring basic coding experience.
  • You quickly grasp complex processes & technical requirements allowing you to create tailored solutions that deliver value for both clients and the business.
  • You put the customer first, anticipate their needs, and focus on delivering solutions that improve satisfaction and the overall experience.
  • You are based in Munich and able to work from the office 2–3 days per week.

  • HR onboarding, with Hind, covering our values, tools, policies, and processes.
  • A buddy system to support you during your first 2 months.
  • Clear goals for your first 1, 3, and 5 months, with expectations defined from day one so you know how success is measured.
  • We know that starting a new role can be overwhelming. That’s why we provide clear documentation, a structured to-do list, and role-specific materials to help you get up to speed quickly.
