What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate to support our Global Learning Team as a Working Student. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling high-impact learning experiences for our senior leadership.

 

You will support the team across a broad range of operational and project-based activities, including project management support, coordination of learning curriculum updates and communications, data reporting and analytics, and day-to-day program operations. In addition, you will contribute to program tracking, data integrity, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure the seamless delivery of our global learning initiatives.

 

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

What You'll Bring

• Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies with strong academic performance
• First relevant practical experience (internship or working student role), ideally in an international environment
• Strong interest in Learning, HR, or management consulting
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to frequently changing circumstances
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with and visualizing data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under time pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Solid MS Office skills
