Grant Project Manager

- Grant administration, application and reporting: prepare, review and submit reports for various public funding projects, manage scope and change requests
- Project coordination: draw up and monitor milestone and deliverables schedules, cost allocation, resource allocation and audits, optimize resource efficiency
- Stakeholder communication: coordinate with technical work streams, finance work streams and external stakeholders to execute smooth reporting
- Professional experience in grant management and project controlling, ideally with exposure to public funding programs
- Strong understanding of funding regulations, compliance requirements and reporting obligations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
