Senior Commerce Specialist

The Senior Commerce Specialist is the operational engine of our digital commerce and marketplace offering. Working directly alongside the Commerce Lead, you will be the senior hands-on expert responsible for the flawless execution, optimization, and scaling of complex commerce campaigns. You will act as the technical and operational backbone of the team, translating high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes across Amazon and diverse Retail Media Networks (RMNs). While you will not carry direct line-management responsibilities, you will serve as a senior mentor to junior specialists and the ultimate escalation point for complex campaign challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Hands-On Execution: Take direct control of high-tier, complex Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads campaigns. Utilize advanced automation platforms (e.g., Pacvue) to execute strategies that defend client margins and drive incremental revenue.Strategic Support & Partnership: Act as the operational right-hand to the Commerce Lead. Translate overarching client strategies into granular, actionable campaign structures, feed rules, and bidding models.Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: Serve as the final technical escalation point.
