Zeit AI builds ZeitMind, the autonomous data engineer for the European mid-market. We connect to the systems companies already run (ERP exports, CRM data, spreadsheets, internal databases) and put agents on top so operators get reliable answers without hiring a data team. Founded by Marvin and Leopold (both ex-Palantir), YC S24, backed by Oxford Seed Fund and Sequoia Scout. Customers across manufacturing, agriculture, and aviation. Zero to €1M ARR in our first twelve months with six people, and doubling every six months.

What this role is

As a Business Development Representative, you'll help drive our growth by building our outbound sales engine and creating new customer opportunities.

Cold calling is how we won our first customers, and it's still our strongest channel.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospects: identifying pain points, generating leads, and converting interest into real opportunities. Within weeks, you'll run your own discovery calls and define use cases directly with C-level prospects.

This role is a fast track into sales.

Outbound experience? You'll move to (Junior) AE in 3-6 months.
New to sales? Same path - your ramp speed sets the pace.

We invest in you with daily coaching, clear targets, uncapped upside. You won't be handed a list and left alone – we grow together.

What you will do

• Outbound Execution: Run high-velocity outbound with cold calling as your primary channel, backed by email and LinkedIn cadences where they add value

• Qualification: Assess real pain, urgency, budget, and the right stakeholders before booking a meeting

• Discovery: Book qualified meetings, then increasingly run discovery calls and define use cases yourself

• Pipeline Management: Keep HubSpot clean: accurate notes, stages, and funnel numbers you can defend

• Continuous Improvement: Sharpen scripts, segments, messaging, and tooling every week to make the machine run better

• Customer Relationships: Engage with prospects daily and build genuine relationships from the first call
  

You will thrive here if you

• have excellent communication skills in German and feel confident speaking English (Any other EU language is a plus)

• enjoy talking to prospects, understanding their needs, and convincing them
