What awaits you?
- You will support ideating and shaping new growth opportunities and features for our digital platform to create value for clients, the brand, and the business.
- Furthermore, you help to research current digital trends in the ultra-luxury segment and share relevant insights with the Rolls-Royce team.
- In addition, you contribute to developing and facilitating internal workshops, brainstorming sessions, and training, including creating engaging materials.
- Moreover, you will assist in communicating platform updates to stakeholders and help develop tailored communication plans for seamless adoption.
- You help to visualize and present insights and findings to key stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you support collaboration with international colleagues across departments and regions to align strategies and share best practices.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in business, communications, digital technologies or a related field.
- Initial experience in project management or support.
- Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and image or video editing tools; creative mindset.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex information.
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for supporting in an international, luxury environment.
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
