As a TAM, you'll bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer success, partnering closely with our customers and the Tulip account team to provide strategic and tactical guidance on technical matters that drive customer value and adoption.You'll serve as the technical advisor for customers, helping them maximize their investment in Tulip's no-code platform while ensuring they achieve their operational excellence goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Technical AdvisoryPartner with customers and the Tulip account team to develop and execute technical success plans for assigned accountsProvide expert guidance on Tulip platform architecture, integrations, and advanced use casesLead technical discussions with customer stakeholders, from app builders to IT and Operations leadersIdentify opportunities for deeper platform adoption and technical optimizationCustomer Enablement & GrowthConduct technical workshops, training sessions, and platform deep-divesHelp customers design scalable solutions using Tulip's no-code platformGuide customers through complex technical implementations and integrationsCollaborate with customers to establish technical best practices and governanceCross-Functional CollaborationAs a member of the account team, you will work closely with Account Executive and Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless customer experience and account growthPartner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer technical requirementsCollaborate with Sales Engineering during expansion opportunitiesSupport renewal processes with technical value demonstrationsTechnical Expertise & Thought LeadershipStay current on Tulip platform capabilities, industry trends, and manufacturing technologiesDevelop technical content, documentation, and enablement materialsParticipate in customer advisory boards and technical user groupsRepresent Tulip at industry events and technical conferencesAbout YouYou're passionate about technology, customer success, and manufacturing innovation. You're excited about helping manufacturers transform their operations using cutting-edge no-code technology.Skills You'll NeedTechnical Background5-7 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar)3+ Years of Tulip delivery experience, at the L4 SOLV levelStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, or industrial softwareExperience with APIs, system integrations, and database conceptsFamiliarity with no-code/low-code platforms preferredAbility to travel (estimated 20%)Communication & CollaborationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesStrong presentation and workshop facilitation skillsCollaborative mindset with experience working across teamsIndustry KnowledgeDeep knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in industrial settingsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and operational challengesExperience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and similar platforms What We OfferImpact you can point to.
