We are seeking a proactive and highly collaborative Product Quality Engineer (PQE) to join our dynamic team and champion this mission. This role represents an evolution from traditional Quality Assurance, embedding quality practices deeply within the entire product development lifecycle. You'll thrive in our fast-paced Agile environment by engaging early and continuously with Product Management and Engineering to build quality in from the start. Your Responsibilities / What you’ll do:Ensure the high quality and performance of our enmacc platform throughout the entire development lifecycleFoster a quality-focused mindset and culture of shared ownership across the teamLead and coach teams on testing practices and risk-based decision-makingOwn the release standards and quality framework: defining ticket refinement criteria, managing release readiness, and coordinating collaborative testing sessionsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to challenge assumptions, clarify requirements, and identify potential risksDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automated test suites (e.g., UI, API) in collaboration with developers, integrating them into our CI/CD pipelinesPerform exploratory and manual testing where it provides the most value to uncover usability issues and edge casesHelp the team learn from incidents and drive continuous improvements in our quality and delivery practicesStay up-to-date with QA trends, evaluating and potentially implementing new tools and techniques, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance testing effectivenessYour profile / What you’ll need:5+ years of professional experience in QA University studies in Computer Science or in similar fieldsDeep understanding of modern software quality processes, with a passion for shifting testing leftHands-on experience with UI test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)Strong web application fundamentals ( REST)Basic Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript experience and understandingKnowledge of Continuous IntegrationStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to connect perspectives and bridge gaps across teamsWillingness to learn, adapt quickly to new processes, and continuously drive improvementsDon't match every single requirement?
