Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Join a growing engineering team at a Munich-based AI platform and product studio building the core infrastructure that enables thousands of users to interact with AI every day. You'll work across the full stack to deliver reliable, secure, and performant features — from synchronizing large client datasets and running massive LLM workloads to supporting rapid custom integrations.

This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany , offering meaningful product ownership and the opportunity to shape how businesses adopt and leverage AI.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship high-quality full-stack features using TypeScript and React , with a focus on seamless user experience.

• Design and implement robust backend systems capable of handling massive data scale and millions of API requests.

• Take full end-to-end ownership of features — from concept and development through deployment and ongoing operation.

• Debug production incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.

• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar through thorough, constructive code reviews.

• Synchronize and index terabytes of client data while enforcing fine-grained permissions.

• Operate and optimize systems that process millions of LLM calls per month with high reliability.

• Architect and scale environments that spawn thousands of secure code sandboxes per day.

• Build foundational infrastructure that enables the integrations team to onboard new systems quickly.

• Collaborate on AI integrations to shape how users interact with the platform.

What We're Looking For

Required (dealbreakers):

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full-stack features using React , TypeScript , and PostgreSQL in Dockerized environments with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Kubernetes -based deployment and container orchestration.

• Proven track record delivering production-grade backend services at scale — high data volume, millions of API requests, with a strong focus on reliability and security.

Strong plus:

• Experience with backend frameworks such as Python , tRPC , or similar technologies.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms or LLM integrations.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading code reviews.

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth product environment.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Location: Munich, Germany

• Work style: Hybrid (on-site presence in Munich required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: €60,000 – €80,000 per year (or equivalent), depending on experience

• Full-time position with meaningful ownership of your work
