In Germany, our Mass Account Management (MAM) team supports thousands of restaurant partners across the country. We're now looking for a Mass Account Management Associate to join us and help improve the operational success of these partners at scale.What you'll be doingAs a Mass Account Management Associate, you will play a key role in improving the operational success of our restaurant partners at scale. You'll be part of a team responsible for ensuring thousands of merchants remain active, available, and engaged with Wolt's commercial tools. Using data, structure, and scalable communication, you will help partners improve their performance, adopt new features like Promotions and Ads, and contribute to Wolt's growth — all while maintaining clean and reliable portfolio data.Day-to-day in this role you'll:Manage the operational health and performance of a large group of restaurant partnersMonitor and improve KPIs such as availability, active rate, rejection rate, and churnDesign and lead initiatives that drive adoption of Promotions, Deals, and AdsEnsure strong data hygiene and accurate reportingSupport campaign rollouts and help scale best practices across the portfolioCollaborate cross-functionally with other teams
1–2 years experience in operations, commercial or support rolesExcellent German and English communication skillsProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM platformsStrong sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detailAnalytical mindset and drive to improve processes
