The Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you will take on a key role, ensuring our Munich aparthotels are kept to the highest standards. Rotating across four properties, you’ll oversee room and public area inspections, coordinate with our cleaning partners, and support the Head Housekeeper—giving you both variety and responsibility in your daily work.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Daily inspection of all departure rooms and public areas across our aparthotels.

• Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with our quality standards.

• Close cooperation with the external cleaning company.

• Supporting our Head Housekeeper and serving as a link between housekeeping and management.

• Monitoring of consumables and reporting requirements for orders.

• Rotation within our housekeeping supervisor team across our 5 Munich aparthotels (30-119 rooms each).

Our 5-star candidate has/is:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar field is an advantage.

• Strong eye for cleanliness and detail.

• Structured and reliable way of working.

• A true team player with excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and resilient – even when things get busy.

We offer:

• Monthly gross salary: 2,800€

• Monthly transportation support: 63€
