YOUR ROLE

As our Guest Experience Associate , you will be at the heart of creating meaningful and personalized experiences for our guests throughout their journey at Rosewood Munich. Acting as a key ambassador of the hotel, you will build genuine relationships, anticipate guest preferences, and ensure every interaction reflects Rosewood’s philosophy of relationship hospitality, attention to detail, discretion, and genuine care. By delivering seamless service and memorable moments, you will help transform every stay into an exceptional luxury experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver personalized and memorable service throughout the entire guest journey.
• Build genuine guest relationships, anticipate preferences, and coordinate bespoke experiences, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and discreet resolution of concerns.
• Collaborate closely with all operational departments to create seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, monitor arrivals and departures, and uphold Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA service standards.
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards and contribute to a refined, welcoming, and luxurious environment.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Completion of vocational training or a university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Passion for personalized guest service with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and property management systems (PMS).
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Professional, service-oriented, and dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and guest-focused in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
