Chief of Staff (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Strategic sparring partner to the Executive Team
  You prioritize initiatives, structure complex challenges, and ensure relentless focus on impact and outcomes.

• Lead and drive high-priority, top-management projects
  Including international expansion, category growth, and organizational effectiveness.

• Build and scale core company frameworks
  Such as OKRs, reporting structures, and internal communication processes.

• Prepare decision-ready materials
  Create compelling presentations, business cases, and workshops for management, investors, and key stakeholders. Analyse product-level and channel performance data to identify growth levers, margin opportunities, and promotional ROI. Prepare board-ready materials.

• Interface with shareholders and investors
  Collaborate closely on reporting, business cases, and strategic alignment.

• Own special strategic projects
  From market entry initiatives to M&A preparation and due diligence.

• Actively shape company culture
  Help foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture in an ambitious scale-up environment.

Your profile

• Outstanding academic background in Business, Management, Economics , or a comparable field

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, start-ups, or business operations / strategy roles

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills in English and German , written and verbal

• High analytical and numerical proficiency ; tech-savvy and data-driven

• Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable decisions

• Hands-on mentality — you see strategy and execution as one

• Motivation to take on a role with real ownership, visibility, and influence
