Working Student (m/f/d) - Startup Pipeline Manager

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working Student (m/f/d) – Startup Pipeline Manager to join our team.

The 3DEXPERIENCE Lab is Dassault Systèmes' LABORATORY for disruptive innovation with positive impact on the world. We nurture startups with dedicated programs. We foster creativity and innovation through targeted initiatives and community exchange.

We are looking for a highly motivated student to help push our startup pipeline processes toward operational excellence. If you are eager to collaborate, explore new ideas, and make a real impact in the innovation ecosystem, we would love to hear from you. Role Description & Responsibilities

• You will scout and research promising new startups for our acceleration/ incubation programs

• You will engage with potential candidates and confidently persuade them to join our network

• You will maintain continuous contact and conduct regular follow-ups with startup founders

• You will refer screened startups to the most suitable internal programs and channels

• You will exchange actively with pipeline managers and partners within our broader ecosystem

• You will collaborate with marketing, sales, international labs, and other internal departments

• You will assist in organizing ecosystem events focused on networking and new startup discovery drive your own design projects by utilizing the FabLab's tools and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform

• You will optimize our startup pipeline management process to bring it to the next level
  
  

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• You have strong methodological approach to work and problem-solving
• You have self-driven attitude paired with excellent professional communication skills
• You have collaborative mindset with a strong interest in pipeline management and sales approaches
• You have high reliability in scheduling, organizing, and attending professional meetings
• You have basic understanding of the software industry, specifically CAD software
• You are fluent in English (German proficiency is a strong plus)
