As a Solution Consultant (all genders) at TradeLink, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our prospects and customers have a customized and impactful experience with our platform. You will work at the intersection of product, integrations, automation, and customer success, bridging the gap between Go-To-Market (GTM) and R&D teams to create scalable solutions that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.

Tasks

• Support Sales & Customer Success by acting as the go-to product expert in deal processes.
• Pitch customized TradeLink demos tailored to complex customer logistics processes.
• Develop and present API & integration use cases to prospects and customers, ensuring seamless platform connectivity.
• Lead API integration projects , enabling smooth adoption and driving customer stickiness.
• Advise on platform testing, automation, and third-party connectivity, helping customers unlock the full potential of TradeLink.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to create scalable methods for deep product testing and integrations.
• Provide insights to the product team, acting as a key stakeholder in refining TradeLink’s functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution-oriented roles involving technical consulting , pre-sales , or integration projects .
• Background in guiding customers through complex software solutions, including API integrations , automation , or platform connectivity .
• Experience working with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including Sales , Customer Success, and Product Development.
• Track record of leading customer-facing project s, such as integration deployments, system automation, or technical solution consulting.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, or automation tools is a strong plus.
• Excitement about solving technical challenges and constantly testing new approaches.
• Great communication skills in German and English.
