Our Mission

At Omegga, we're on a mission to reinvent how AI and spectroscopy can drive positive change for animals, people and the planet. We started with a clear objective: eliminate chick culling on a global scale through early, non-invasive in-ovo sex detection. This outdated practice still impacts billions of lives, and we're here to change that. We're not building for the niche, we're building for the global standard.

Today, our systems are already in use, and the focus is on scaling performance, robustness, and deployment across an international customer base. For us, scaling means more than growth. It means changing an industry for the better.

Your Mission

You'll work directly with our founders — across strategy, marketing, operations, investor relations and everything in between. One day you're prepping an investor deck, the next you're in a hatchery with the engineering team, the day after you're fixing an internal process. This is not a "shadow the CEO" role. You own real work from day one.

• Strategic Planning: Conduct research across relevant topics, organize and facilitate strategy workshops, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Investor relations: Prepare monthly reporting, advisory board meetings and investor deep dives

• Marketing & Public Relations: Strengthen Omegga's brand visibility by managing online channels, creating content (e.g. posts and press releases) and be the doorkeeper for external requests.

• Project Management: Plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Identify challenges early and proactively drive solutions.

• Hiring: Support the hiring process for future team members, from candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.

• Operations: Support day-to-day operational activities, for instance organizing a company offsite and help optimize internal processes.

Your Profile

• Fluency in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in project management, marketing or business development in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills , with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in what's possible when AI meets hardware — you don't need to code, but you can hold your own in a technical conversation.

• You take ownership before anyone asks. Gaps get spotted, tasks get closed, loops don't stay open

• You work independently and move things forward. You structure your own work, make decisions when needed, and don't rely on constant direction or follow-ups.

• Uncertainty doesn't slow you down. You make a call with incomplete information, move, and adjust — you don't wait for perfect clarity.

• You thrive on variety. Investor prep in the morning, customer call at noon, process fix before dinner — that's your kind of day, not your idea of chaos.

• You have high standards. Fast doesn't mean sloppy. You care about doing things well even when things move fast.
