That's why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which every employee can become their best.

As a Working Student, you'll support us in the areas of career development, staffing, and HR topics. In terms of career development, you'll assist our team in preparing Career Development (CD) meetings by requesting performance evaluations for our Senior Consulting Staff. You'll also aid in compiling relevant documents for our CD meetings. In the context of staffing, you'll process data in our HR/staffing database, including maintaining and controlling information on the planned and actual assignments of individual consultant groups. All the while, you'll work together closely with our (Junior) Talent Specialists, supporting their daily work and assisting with ad hoc requests.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of the Staffing Expertise and Talent Management HR setup. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Accordingly, your team members will be there for you to help you learn the ropes.

• You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
• You have completed internships or gained some practical experience in a service-oriented field.
• You are highly motivated and perform your assigned tasks independently and with strong dedication.
• You have excellent team and communication skills and a service mentality.
• You are proficient in the MS Office package, especially Excel.
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
