“Your business is our business.” If our Business Management and Operations Team had a slogan, that’s what it would be. The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants’ work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member of the Business Management and Operations Team contributes directly to our consultants’ success—and thus to that of our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student—Office Operations in our Business Management and Operations team, you will support us in all office management tasks. In particular, this includes ordering and managing the printed materials and business cards for BCG colleagues in Germany and revising space plans for the Munich office. You will also take on additional special tasks and carry out individual projects together with your team colleagues.

What You'll Bring

• You are a student in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
• Your communication skills are demonstrated in your business fluent German and English language skills.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office.

• You’ll act as an important contact person for all BCG employees, remaining courteous and polite at all times.
• Thanks to your organizational skills, you always maintain an overview, even when it gets busy.
• You impress others with your structured, reliable, and independent work style.
• Strong motivation, flexibility, and commitment are as much a part of your character as absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility.
• You complete administrative tasks precisely and conscientiously.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll join our Munich Office Operations team, whose work with one another is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, trust, and of course, fun! The various interfaces will give you interesting insight into the work of the other departments. You will support your team colleagues, who will help you learn the ropes and develop within the company.
