Our system solutions for the rail industry include the ANNAX Passenger Information System, which integrates numerous subsystems such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for visually and hearing-impaired passengers, infotainment/entertainment systems, and more.

Your Mission

As  Senior PMO Manager /Engineering  you act as the central coordination function between Engineering, Project Management and Finance . You drive project governance, tool management, process optimization, and data transparency across an international engineering organization of approximately 200 employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the central PMO function within Engineering, coordinating projects, priorities, resources, timelines, and workload planning across an international environment.
• Ensure transparency and governance across engineering projects, monitoring performance against quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Drive data quality, reporting, and system integration activities while further developing analytics and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related tools.
• Coordinate the implementation and optimization of engineering tools and processes, including Teamcenter, Polarion, Microsoft Project, and other digital solutions.
• Serve as the key interface between Engineering, Systems, Project Management, Finance, and Management, facilitating stakeholder alignment and effective communication at all levels.
• Coordinate collaboration globally with all Engineering sites, lead a dedicated local PMO in China
• Support budget planning, cost controlling, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in PMO and proven track on senior project management on engineering level
• Experience with project governance, resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, MS Project, Teamcenter, Polarion, or comparable tools.
• Strong planning, hands on coordination, pro-active communication style, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and German , French or Italian is nice to have
• Willingness to travel internationally
