People Services Partner (w/m/d) - part-time (20-25 hours)

Your new role

Do you enjoy supporting employees and making sure everything around their employment runs smoothly? We are looking for a part-time People Services Partner (w/m/d) to join our People Services & Systems team. In this role, you will help take care of our colleagues in Germany, the UK, and Austria, and ensure that our people processes are efficient and well-organised.

The work you‘ll do

• Support with onboarding and offboarding processes in Personio
• Prepare documents (contracts, amendments, reference letters) and keep employee data up to date
• Handle employee requests via our ticketing system in a service-oriented way
• Assist with managing the benefits as well as payroll preparation for UK and Austria, working closely with other colleagues and our payroll partners
• Help us continuously improve our People processes and workflows and keep documentation up to date
• Absence management in Personio

The qualifications you need

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR roles with proven experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility, especially preparatory payroll, knowledge of labour law and compliance
• Confident in using HR systems & tools (e.g. Personio, Excel)
• Ability and enjoyment of designing and optimising HR processes and workflows
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to competently advise employees and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to work at least 2 days on-site in our Munich office
