Senior Content Creator - Storytelling (m/f/d)

As a Senior Content Creator , you will be at the heart of our editorial content - shaping how Westwing speaks to millions of design lovers across Europe. You’ll write and refine copy for newsletters, homepage, campaign landing pages, and branded content, always with a sharp eye on performance, emotion, and elegance. You combine creative writing instincts with business understanding, and you know how to turn a product push into a scroll-stopping moment. This role is ideal for someone who’s not only passionate about copy, but also ready to take a lead role in mentoring others, driving tone consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our content operations. This position is permanent and based in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• write high-quality, engaging, and on-brand editorial copy across newsletters, homepage, landing pages, and brand pages
• elevate the tone of voice with clarity and emotional pull - ensuring every word feels uniquely Westwing
• lead complex assignments such as Black Friday campaigns, cross-country adaptations, and major seasonal launches
• act as a brand guardian for editorial tone, ensuring consistency across formats and channels
• align closely with teams like Sales, Brand Buying, and Marketing to balance storytelling with commercial impact
• guide junior and mid-level team members and represent the content team in internal meetings, sharing learnings that raise the bar for everyone

YOU COME WITH

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or editorial roles - ideally in e-commerce or lifestyle sectors
• a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling range, commercial clarity, and brand voice mastery
• confidence in leading copy projects and giving as well as receiving constructive feedback
• experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• a driven, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• native-level written German and advanced level of English, with excellent command of grammar, nuance, and tone
