Job Title: Key Account Manager - Carrier (Telecom Industry)

Job Location: (Munich, Germany)

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic customer relationships based on key account requirements.
• Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Create and execute key account business plans; provide market insights and competitive analysis to leadership, and contribute ideas for product and service portfolio development.
• Drive revenue and profitability growth to ensure sustainable account development.
  Plan and coordinate annual business plan implementation.
• Act as Project Director or core member in sales projects, leading operations and ensuring project objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, ICT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom account sales, with solid knowledge of core technologies such as LTE/5G, DWDM, IP/MPLS, VoIP, core network infrastructure, or OSS/BSS systems.
• Proven experience working with Telco customers and managing Telco accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a successful track record in winning new business.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
