To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As an Employee & Labor Relations Business Partner EMEA at UiPath you will be responsible for labor relations strategy in the region, employee representative body engagement, and negotiations across key European markets, with a primary focus on Germany and the Netherlands.

The role will also support broader Employee Relations work across the region, including investigations, performance matters, terminations, restructurings, and other sensitive employee situations.

  • Maintain a clear overview of all active employee representative body matters across Germany, the Netherlands, and other countries (e.g. France, Poland), including negotiation status, deadlines, dependencies, approvals, commitments, risks, files, and follow-up actions

  • Build trusted, constructive, and transparent relationships with employee representatives

  • Advise HRBPs, managers, and senior business leaders on employee representative body implications, consultation requirements, negotiation strategy, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management

  • Create and maintain governance tools such as trackers, templates, calendars, process maps, briefing materials, dashboards, consultation checklists, negotiation plans, and decision logs.

  • Support Employee Relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance management, disciplinary matters, terminations, grievances, restructurings, and other sensitive employee situations

  • Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure employee relations cases are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with local requirements.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Extensive experience in labor relations, employee relations, employment law, HR business partnering, or a related field, with significant experience leading labor relations matters and negotiations

  • Hands-on experience working with German Works Councils, including information and consultation processes, co-determination topics, negotiations, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and process management

  • Proven experience leading or materially contributing to negotiations with employee representative bodies, Works Councils, unions, CSEs, or equivalent employee consultation structures, preferably in France and The Netherlands

  • Strong understanding of German labor relations principles and Works Council ways of working

  • Fluency in German and English, any other European language is a plus

  • Ability to build trust with employee representatives

  • Experience advising managers, HR partners, and senior business leaders on sensitive employee or labor relations topics

  • A structured, detail-oriented working style, with strong ownership of documentation, follow-up, process discipline, and implementation, combined with an analytical mindset and the ability to use data, reporting, and dashboards to inform decisions and track progress.Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion when balancing employee advocacy, business needs, legal requirements, and stakeholder interests in complex workplace matters

  • Collaborative approach with a resilient mindset
