As Team Lead Product Manager - Mobile Apps, you will own the vision and strategy for AutoScout24’s mobile app experience across iOS and Android. You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure we build intentionally for mobile, not simply adapt web experiences to the app. You will bring strong mobile product expertise, using data, experimentation, and native app capabilities to improve engagement, retention, and the overall customer experience.What you’ll do:Mobile Product StrategyDefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AutoScout24’s mobile app experienceDrive mobile-first thinking across product teams and identify opportunities unique to app users.Set clear goals, success metrics, and KPIs for engagement, retention, and customer experience.Cross-Product LeadershipPartner with Product Managers across different customer journeys to translate customer problems into mobile-native solutions.Influence teams without direct ownership, bringing strong mobile expertise and challenging web-first assumptions.Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial stakeholders around mobile priorities.Product Discovery & DeliveryUse customer insights, data, experimentation, and market understanding to identify and validate opportunities.Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.Drive initiatives from discovery through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.Customer & Data FocusDeeply understand mobile customer behaviour, needs, and pain points.Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions.Continuously monitor performance and improve key product metrics.What you’ll bring:7+ years of Product Management experience, with strong experience building consumer mobile apps at scale.Proven experience shaping mobile product strategy and delivering meaningful improvements in engagement, retention, or customer experience.Experience influencing across multiple product teams and working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data.SkillsStrong strategic thinking with a clear point of view on how mobile experiences should differ from web.Deep understanding of mobile user behaviour, native app capabilities, engagement, and app growth.Strong analytical skills, including product analytics, experimentation, and KPI ownership.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong business judgement and the ability to balance customer and commercial outcomes.Nice to HaveExperience in marketplaces, e-commerce, automotive, or other consumer digital products.Experience with personalization, monetization, subscriptions, or growth products.Familiarity with outcome-driven product management and modern discovery practices.A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included.
