As a Working Student in Finance, your mission is to support our day-to-day financial operations and ensure we stay on top of our numbers as we scale. You will work directly with our Finance Associate to turn strategy into scalable practices.

What will you do

• Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, including invoice tracking, expense reporting, and managing our DATEV syste ms
• Support in building scalable internal finance practices across budgeting, cost control and reporting
• Coordinate with our external accounting and tax advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the preparation and documentation of financing instruments requirements
• Contribute to setting up internal tools and systems for finance (e.g., asset tracking, cost allocation, digital filing)

What is expected of you

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• You are analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of ownership
• You enjoy working with numbers and know your way around Excel
• You are proactive and able to independently tackle tasks from start to finish
• You are available for 15–20 hours per week and can work from our Munich office
