Strategy & Operations - Product Growth

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations at a fast-scaling, founder-led AI company transforming industrial procurement across Europe. You will design and ship product-led acquisition strategies that create durable, compounding growth — moving quickly from hypothesis to prototype to scale. Roughly 20% of your time will be spent shaping company strategy directly with the founding team; the remaining 80% is pure execution.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact position for someone who wants to build the growth engine of a category-defining B2B platform in the industrial sector — and who has the ambition and track record to back it up.

What You'll Do

• Identify and build the next compounding growth loop (e.g., supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) end-to-end.

• Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure to convert procurement queries into pipeline.

• Concept and ship product-led wedges that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.

• Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles: whiteboard → prototype → validate → scale, and pivot decisively when needed.

• Build and own growth roadmaps autonomously, finding solutions without waiting for permission.

• Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free culture that continuously raises team performance.

What We're Looking For

Dealbreakers

• Based in Munich and able to work on-site 4+ days per week.

• 3+ years in growth or strategy roles with a clear track record of delivering zero-to-one growth loops and scalable growth initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end growth roadmaps and execute autonomously.

Required Experience & Skills

• Organic acquisition strategy ownership, including technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure.

• Fluency in both German and English.

• Proven ability to prototype, validate, and scale ideas rapidly.

• Product-led growth initiatives and user acquisition product launches.

• B2B SaaS growth within industrial procurement or a comparable enterprise procurement domain.

• Zero-to-one growth projects in VC-backed startups or high-growth environments.

• Building growth loops from scratch (supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) and converting them into scalable pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the European (DACH) regional context and AI-first platform dynamics.

• Experience operating at founder-level pace and ambiguity inside a startup.
