The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency. We are looking for talented individuals to join Europe Logistics Operations team as a project intern. Project intern opportunities at TikTok aim to offer industry exposure and hands-on experience. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. As a Logistics Operations Intern, you will support the EU logistics operations team with daily operation monitoring, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Support last-mile logistics operations across DE markets, including courier delivery and reverse logistics - Assist in monitoring end-to-end logistics performance, tracking key operational KPIs such as delivery timeliness, cancellation rate, and exception rate - Help analyze operational issues and identify root causes, prepare reports and insights to support solution design - Support coordination with logistics providers (3PLs, couriers) and internal teams to follow up on operational issues and improvements - Assist in SOP documentation, data analysis, and operational process optimization projects

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree at university, eligible to work in Germany, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Data analysis and explaining ideas clearly; - Interpersonal and communication skills; - Fluent in English and German languages in order to effectively communicate with German vendors and merchants. Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; - Passion to learn about logistics operations.
