Head of Enterprise Solutions

Intro

We're hiring the person who will own how carbmee shows up inside our enterprise deployments. This is not an account management role and not a project management role. It is the senior operator who lands carbmee inside the world's largest industrial companies and turns those deployments into strategic accounts that define the next generation.

You will run Delivery end-to-end: the implementation, the configuration, the team, the methodology, the customer outcomes, and support on commercial expansion. Actually building together the full delivery motion.

Your tasks

• End-to-end ownership of the customer journey from first deployment through expansion: you are the single point of accountability for how customers experience carbmee and ensure scalability across all deployments.
• Full delivery accountability for the enterprise customer portfolio: with expansion as the primary success metric
• Shipping the carbmee delivery at the highest bar for quality and speed: the Delivery org is judged on customer outcomes, not activity
• Building the Delivery function itself: playbooks, deployment architecture, the operating cadence between Delivery, Product, and Engineering
• Turning large enterprises into strategic accounts by embedding deeply enough that carbmee becomes infrastructure, not a tool
• Recruiting a world-class team of hungry, smart and ambitious operators
• Direct report to one of the founders, with a seat at the table on product direction and GTM strategy

Your profile

• 5+ years in a VC-backed enterprise data software company in a comparable Implementation, Forward Deployed, or Solutions role, or
• Equivalent experience in consulting or enterprise software implementation at Tier1-company
• Engineering degree (CS or equivalent technical discipline)
  Bonus:
• Background in Automotive, Defense, or broader Manufacturing: you've seen how data and workflows actually moves inside these companies
• Strong working command of SQL, Python, and enterprise software architecture — you can debug a deployment, not just escalate one
• Proven track record with large enterprise customers and genuinely complex projects multi-stakeholder, multi-system, multi-year
• Fluent German and English
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate
• Ambition to build a billion-dollar company
