Sales Manager - Napapijri
- Lead the commercial restart of the German wholesale market, defining distribution and growth strategy in line with brand positioning.
- Identify, open, and develop strategic local key accounts, building long‑term partnerships.
- Personally manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong hands‑on sales approach.
- Oversee sell‑in, forecasting, order management, and daily wholesale operations during the rebuild phase.
- Analyze sell‑through performance and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent in‑store execution, visibility, and product storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with European HQ and cross‑functional teams to support long‑term market development.
- Strong existing wholesale network in Germany, ideally in lifestyle, outdoor, or premium fashion.
- Proven experience in market build‑up or business relaunch environments.
- Highly entrepreneurial and execution‑driven, comfortable operating end‑to‑end.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence.
- Fluent in German and English .
- Passion for brand building, outdoor culture, and premium lifestyle fashion.
