CTO's Executive Assistant (f/m/d)

As an Executive Assistant to the CTO, you will work side-by-side with our CTO in terms of technical, project management and product related topics. This is a high-impact, trust-based role designed for someone who combines strong technical depth with strategic thinking and product curiosity.

You roadmap to make an impact

Strategic and technical partnership

• Work closely with the CTO on technical strategy and long-term platform vision.

• Act as a sparring partner on complex technical topics and roadmap prioritization.

Engineering and execution

• Support engineering teams by clarifying priorities, execution, and driving follow-ups.

• Lead or co-own critical technical initiatives and special projects end-to-end.

Product and vision

• Contribute to product vision, discovery, and prioritization.

• Translate customer, business, and market insights into technical and product implications

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other functions to ensure strong alignment

Communication and alignment

• Prepare technical and strategic materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Act as a connector between the CTO, engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Who you are

• 4 years of full-time work experience in combined technical and business related field.

• Masters degree in Engineering or related fields.

• Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth tech environments such as robotics and AI.

• Exposure to product management, strategy, or business roles.

• Prior experience working closely with senior leadership or founders.

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills (fluent in both English and German).
