What you'll do

• Align architecture across Knauf Digital and Knauf IT by leading the architecture chapter and collaborating closely with solution architects

• Define and maintain domain guardrails and target-state roadmaps; lead architectural reviews for the Marketing domain in partnership with Sales and Service

• Communicate architectural principles, decisions, and roadmaps clearly and in business-oriented language to diverse stakeholders

• Lead capability and tool evaluations, provide recommendations, and support lifecycle and portfolio management

• Apply modern, agile architecture practices; provide broad technical guidance and enable shared learning through workshops and structured knowledge-sharing

Who you are

• A senior architecture professional with several years in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture roles

• Hands-on with Salesforce and SAP, and comfortable with event-driven/data-centric architectures, capability modeling, and cross-domain collaboration

• Technically strong in modern software engineering, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration technologies and patterns

• Experienced with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, arc42, and agile architecture approaches

• An exceptional communicator who can influence outcomes without direct authority and operate effectively across organizational boundaries
