For our bilingual kindergarten and crèche, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Early Years Educator / Nursery Teacher to join our team in part-time or full-time.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting children in their individual learning, development and wellbeing
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities based on our Early Childhood curriculum
• Observing, assessing and documenting each child’s learning journey
• Creating a safe, caring and inclusive environment for children in kindergarten and crèche
• Encouraging curiosity, independence, empathy and social interaction
• Building trusting educational partnerships with families
• Contributing your own interests, strengths and pedagogical ideas
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in a bilingual, international team

Your profile

• Qualification in early childhood education, childcare, social pedagogy or a comparable field
• Experience in kindergarten, nursery, crèche, preschool or early years education is desirable
• Strong interest in working with young children in an international learning environment
• Very good English skills at native-speaker or comparable level
• Willingness to develop German language skills to at least B1 level
• Empathy, openness, team spirit and a reflective pedagogical mindset
• Motivation to actively contribute to a warm and inclusive kindergarten community
