Internship - Project Management for Business Planning Improvement (f/m/div)
Gain hands-on experience in an international, fast-paced environment while supporting key initiatives to optimize Infineon's business planning processes.
- Being strong together : Be part of the Project Management Office of a board-driven initiative to enhance business planning efficiency
- Data is everything : Support cross-functional improvements in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance using KPI- and data-driven insights
- Experience project management: Coordinate project tasks, monitor milestones and deliverables, and follow up on action items
- Be creative : Contribute to the development of concepts, presentations, and workshops on integrated business planning, change management, and organizational development
- Keep up to date : Support internal communication formats such as newsletters and MS Teams channels
- Take responsibility: Handle administrative tasks including workshop organization, data analysis, and appointment coordination
- Stakeholder management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments and business partners to ensure smooth communication
You are an analytical and motivated student with strong communication skills and a passion for improving processes through structured project work.
- Study field: Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- Interests: Passionate about organizational business planning and project management, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset
- Experience: Ideally some exposure to consulting, communications, change management, or project management in a multinational environment
- Skills: Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office (Tableau is a plus)
- Personality: Strong communication, conceptual, and analytical skills; eager to learn and grow in an international company
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
