Founder's Associate

dehaze is building the AI infrastructure for earlier chronic disease detection. We unify messy, unstructured health data across networks to catch what doctors miss — 31% of chronic diagnoses that are currently overlooked. We have signed customers in Brazil and will expand into Europe and the US.

You will be the first non-technical hire. You will be building things from zero, making decisions that matter, and moving faster than you thought possible. If that sounds exhausting, this is not the right role. If it sounds like exactly what you’ve been looking for — keep reading.

Tasks

• Operations & Process Building: We’re scaling from a founding team to a real organization. You design the workflows, systems, and internal infrastructure that make that possible. Nothing exists yet — it will be in your hands to build it.
• Business Development & Partnerships: You prepare materials, research targets, and support deal execution. Some of these conversations will be with C-suite executives at major institutions.
• AI & Internal Tooling: You are our efficiency multiplier. You identify where AI and automation can replace manual work, build internal playbooks, and set up the tool stack across the company.Regulatory & Compliance Support: Healthcare is regulated. You help navigate certification processes (ANVISA, MdR, FDA pathways), coordinate with advisors, and keep us moving through regulatory requirements without slowing down.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-output environment. Consulting, banking, a scaleup, or anything where you overperformed. The context matters less than the intensity.
• Relentlessly execution-oriented. You don’t wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fill it. You see a problem, you fix it. You don’t confuse motion with progress.
• Structured and detail-obsessed. Your documents are clean. Your timelines hold. You catch errors before anyone else does. You understand that trust is built through a thousand small things done right.
• Tech-native. You use AI tools daily. You understand automation. You can set up a workflow, write a prompt, or build a basic system without asking for help.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. You prefer a working solution today over a perfect one next month. You thrive when the playbook doesn’t exist yet.
• Languages: Excellent English is non-negotiable. Business-level German is required. Portuguese is a strong plus given our Brazil operations.
