Your Mission:
As a Senior AI Algorithm Developer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in developing pioneering solutions in the field of medical imaging. You will strengthen our expert team in the design and implementation of highly specialized AI algorithms, thus directly contributing to the digital transformation in medical technology.

Your responsibilities include:
developing and optimizing complex AI algorithms for medical imaging using machine learning and deep learning;
analyzing and specifying technical requirements in a highly innovative project environment;
designing software architectures for AI-based systems, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards;
validating and verifying the developed algorithms using state-of-the-art testing methods;
and close professional exchange within a highly qualified development team, as well as collaboration with our partners.

Your profile:
You should possess the following knowledge and skills:
a completed degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on AI/image processing;
several years of project experience in the development of AI algorithms, ideally in the medical field (medical imaging);
sound knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and the corresponding frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch);
experience in software development (e.g., Python, C++) and in the analysis of large datasets (big data); and
a strong awareness of safety and security standards in safety-critical systems.
Independent working style, strong analytical skills and high problem-solving competence.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are essential for effective communication in an international project environment.
