Your Mission

• Test Plan Development : Collaborate with our CSO Steffen to design and execute tests for evaluating the functionality and compliance of our electrochemical stack for our 260 tCO2/year DAC demonstrator.

• Collaborate: Work with the team to develop internal and external test setups.

• Infrastructure Setup & Maintenance : Set up and maintain the test infrastructure, with a focus on quality assurance and reliability. Electrical wiring qualifications are a plus.

• Data Analysis : Analyze test data and communicate key results to the development team.

• Adapt & Innovate : In the fast-paced startup world, your ability to adapt to an evolving environment and quickly pivot will be crucial. You’ll work autonomously, learn on the go, and contribute to shaping a new sector.

What You Bring

• Education : M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering .

• Testing Experience : Experience designing and conducting test protocols.

• Electrochemical Testing : Familiarity with cell stack testing - fuel cells, electrolysers, flow batteries, electrodialysers or similar.

• Data Skills : Strong in data analysis and presenting results clearly.

• Methodical & Detail-Oriented - You work carefully and focus on the details

• Troubleshooter - You identify issues and maintain test stands

• Bias for action - You prototype, test, and ship while others are still planning

• Comfortable with intensity - 12-hour days and weekend sprints don't scare you, they energize you

• Ego second - You care more about winning than being right

• Figure things out independently - No hand-holding. You own problems end-to-end

• Excellence as standard - Mistakes happen, but mediocrity doesn't

Bonus Points

• Test Automation : Basic scripting knowledge (LabVIEW, Matlab, Python, R-Studio).

• Electronics Qualification : Formal qualification in electronics for high-voltage DC/AC
