• Reliable work: You run the day-to-day business through reports and communication with the global Sales and Marketing community of Infineon
• Experience project management: You explore new ways of guiding customers along their journey through workshops and small projects
• Take responsibility: You bring programs on the way that drive lead generation and the next steps
• Shape the future: You work on implementing and further develop the newly designed Lead Management process

Your Profile:

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar
• Experience: You worked on digital campaigns before and terms like customer journey ring a bell. As a plus, you have already had touchpoints with Sales Teams in any form
• Skills: You have an affinity for Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Eloqua, Confluence and Tableau. Besides, you consider Microsoft Excel as a 2nd language where Pivot Tables and Formulas make your life easier
• Way of working: You have creative ideas and are happy to communicate with colleagues across various domains (i.e. emails, regular Video Meetings, Newsletter, Trainings etc.). Besides, you create presentations that are effective in communicating complex storylines
• Personality: You are structured and organized in your day-to-day activities. Besides, you are not afraid to dive deep into technical discussions of various digital tools
• Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
