What you do

• As part of the FlexEngine team, you work on the end to end user experience , including touch points such as our app and white label variant , charger and Home Energy Management Systems
• You support the design process from user research to implementation . In close collaboration with our developers, you put our customers at the centre to create an outstanding customer journey
• You create and evolve design systems, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to evaluate and further improve your ideas and designs
• You plan and coordinate user testing to derive the best measures for product development and design
• You work in a data driven way and actively coordinate the collection and evaluation of user feedback

Who you are

• You are motivated to learn, grow, and actively contribute to the end to end use r experience of our solutions
• You have first practical experience in UI/UX or product design through internships, university projects, freelance work, or else.
• You impress us with your combination of strong visual aesthetics and the ability to make complex products simple and intuitive to use
• You are an confident in Figma or comparable design tools
• You are familiar with agile ways of working and design thinking, and ideally have experience with Jira and Confluence
• You stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
• You are passionate about electric mobility and innovative future technologie
• Experience with HEMS systems and home integration is a strong plus

The whole thing started 15 years ago with a simple idea from our founder Thomas Raffeiner: What if idle electric cars could be used as mobile storage units?
