MANDATORY INTERN FOR SOCIAL MEDIA/COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (d/f/m)

K5 Factory as part of the K5 Media Group based in Munich has been specialized in develop-ping immersive experiences since it´s foundation combining cutting-edge technologies in the areas of AR, VR and real-time rendering to produce games, metaverse and other immersive experiences.

Your Role

We are seeking highly skilled up-and-coming Talents to join our team and work on our state-of-the-art AR/VR projects as Interns for Social Media/Community Management. If you are passionate about gaming and keen on deepening your hands-on Marketing, Social Media and/or Community Management experience and expertise, you could be the one!

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: A strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as tools such as Canva, Planly, or similar.
• Moderation and Engagement: You'll be moderating comments and replies on our social media channels to keep the conversation going.
• Review Responses : Engaging with users by replying to reviews in app stores.
• Research and Benchmarking: We need someone who can keep an eye on trends and analyze competitor marketing/SoMe strategies.

Requirements

What do you bring to the table?

• Deep interest in and passion for gaming, particularly AR/VR games and technology.
• Theoretical knowledge from self-study, coursework, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree related to Marketing, Social Media or Community Management – Mandatory Interns are preferred.
• Prior experience in Marketing, Social Media and/or Community Management is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively in a small, dynamic team.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus.
