What you'll do

• To help sustain the global applications portfolio, you facilitate end to end integrations, co-ordinate cross-team releases, uphold standards and keep documentation clear

• You evaluate and document business processes to identify improvements and help shape and bolster the product roadmap

• By analysing analytics data, KPIs and customer insights, you support decision making and help optimise our digital customer solutions

• Through researching customer needs and market solutions, you assist in turning ideas into actionable concepts and mock ups using collaboration tools

Who you are

• Currently you are enrolled in a relevant field of study (master’s degree preferred), such as Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management or Computer Science

• Task driven and results oriented, you deliver on time while balancing quality with pragmatism

• Advanced user of Microsoft 365, Jira and Confluence, Miro, Adobe Analytics and Tableau for documentation, collaboration and analytics

• You work in a structured, organised way and demonstrate strong project management skills
