Intern, Business Transformation

Our newly founded Business Transformation practice combines our expertise in the areas of strategy, performance improvement, finance and transformation management. We focus on evaluating and developing new business models, finding new ways for top line growth, designing organisational structures, optimizing operational processes and developing new production or network footprints. We support our customers in company-wide transformations from analysis and concept development to implementation and often remain as trusted advisors even after the project has ended. Typical clients include large and mid-size corporates, private equity houses, creditors, and hedge funds.

We are currently seeking a motivated intern to join our Munich or Frankfurt office to support the team on a range of transformation projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical consulting experience and develop skills in strategic, operational, and financial transformation, while working closely with senior colleagues and clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the team with business model evaluation, company analysis, and research

• Assist in preparing client presentations and internal materials

• Contribute to idea generation for performance improvement and top-line growth strategies

• Help track project progress and support the development of new consulting offerings

What we’re looking for:

• Strong academic track record in business, economics, engineering, or a related field

• Interest in consulting and transformation topics, with any previous internship experience welcome

• Basic knowledge of financial concepts and confidence working with data

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• Fluent in German and English

• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team
