Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role

This is the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire at a fast-growing industrial AI company, sitting at the center of the entire revenue function. You will partner directly with senior revenue leadership to design, build, and operate the systems that power growth across every revenue-facing team, from business development through expansion.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and revenue leadership to build and scale revenue systems from the ground up.

• Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.

• Own and maintain the operational backbone spanning business development, AE pipeline, onboarding, and expansion.

• Build reporting and analytics infrastructure that surfaces patterns and translates data into strategic decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to remove friction.

• Design and implement AI tooling, automation, and enablement solutions that multiply team output.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant revenue operations, business development, or strategy experience, with clear career progression; 5 or more years for senior candidates.

• Hands-on experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you built operational systems from zero.

• Strong systems-thinking and execution skills: you design structures and operationalize them yourself.

• Proven ability to turn data into strategic decisions, with solid reporting and analytics fundamentals.

• Experience implementing AI tooling, automation, or enablement in a revenue operations context.

• Business development or strategy orientation rather than a predominantly sales-only background.

• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

• Fluent in both German and English, with comfort in Europe-focused business dynamics.

• Background in high-caliber consulting, enterprise software, or operational roles is a strong plus.

Location

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. At least four days per week in the office are expected. No visa sponsorship is available.
