Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to banking products and services in both German and English.
• Utilize your sales experience to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and general banking inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass company sales targets.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfying experience.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems.
• Stay updated on banking products, services, and regulatory requirements to assist customers efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or sales context.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with banking software and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
