Enterprise Account Executive - DACH
Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across the DACH region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a hunting environment, enjoys building relationships with enterprise clients, and wants to play a key role in expanding a growing market presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, generating new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with enterprise-level organizations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition across the DACH region
Manage the full sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within enterprise organizations
Generate and develop your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and business development activities
Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term partnership development
Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings across the region
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or a similar B2B technology sales environment
Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals
Strong experience in new business development and outbound prospecting
Demonstrated ability to generate a significant portion of your own pipeline
Experience selling into enterprise and upper mid-market organizations
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent German and professional English communication skills
Experience working across the DACH market, particularly Germany
Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required
Preferred Experience
