The RoleRevOps at Alasco keeps Sales, Marketing, and CS moving in the same direction. You make sure the right processes are in place, tools are talking to each other, and people have what they need to do their best work. The operating layer that GTM runs on. You work directly with GTM Leadership and drive how the revenue engine is built.What You'll DoKeep HubSpot in a shape that people actually trust: The data model, the automation logic, what triggers what, where things tend to drop - you own all of it. You spot what's drifting and address it at the source.Own the GTM toolstack: You evaluate new tools, decide what's worth adding, set things up properly, connect what needs to be connected.Build deep business understanding through your analyses and initiatives: Turn that understanding into direct impact on how Alasco grows.Work closely with the GTM team: Regular exchange with reps, CS managers, and stakeholders, not to observe but to understand where things are breaking down. That's what separates a fix that holds from one that gets worked around.Bring AI into how the GTM team works: Building agents and automated workflows that take repetitive work off the team's plate. You decide where it actually helps, then build it and get it running.You manage cross-functional projects: You scope them, coordinate with the right people, and bring them live - until we see the results we committed to.What We're Looking ForYou have a relevant degree. Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.HubSpot or Salesforce is familiar ground. You understand the data model, you've felt where things tend to break, and you know how to set things up so they work now and later.You're comfortable with AI and automation tools (e.g., n8n or Make). You know how to evaluate what's actually useful and aren't afraid to build something yourself, whether that's an agent, a workflow, or a simple automation.You're hands-on by default. When you need information, you find it yourself. Whether that means pulling a report, digging into the data, or talking to the right person. You don't wait for someone to hand things to you.You naturally think in end-to-end processes. Manual work, unclear handoffs, and inconsistent ways of working catch your eye. You look for the root cause and know whether the right fix is to improve the process, automate it, or clarify ownership.You know how to work across teams. RevOps only works if the people running the processes trust you. You communicate clearly, push back when needed, and get buy-in without making it political.You work in German and English.
