From day one, you’ll ensure our customers get the maximum value from Probonio — through smart consulting, continuous support, and a deep understanding of their goals. You’ll be their compass, their connection to our product — and their voice within the company.

- You’ll support our customers from onboarding to long-term collaboration
- You’ll understand their challenges and show them how to create real value with Probonio
- You’ll stay engaged: conduct check-ins, gather feedback, and find solutions
- You’ll work closely with our product and support teams
- You’ll identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities — and use them strategically
Your profile
- You bring solid experience in customer interaction — whether in support, account management, or consulting
- You know how to explain, listen, and communicate on equal footing — in German, and ideally in English too
- Your structured and self-driven working style sets you apart
- Your technical understanding enables you to fully grasp our digital product and guide our customers effectively
- Your enthusiasm for building and nurturing customer relationships completes your profile
