• You’ll support our customers from onboarding to long-term collaboration
• You’ll understand their challenges and show them how to create real value with Probonio
• You’ll stay engaged: conduct check-ins, gather feedback, and find solutions
• You’ll work closely with our product and support teams
• You’ll identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities — and use them strategically

Your profile

• You bring solid experience in customer interaction — whether in support, account management, or consulting
• You know how to explain, listen, and communicate on equal footing — in German, and ideally in English too
• Your structured and self-driven working style sets you apart
• Your technical understanding enables you to fully grasp our digital product and guide our customers effectively
• Your enthusiasm for building and nurturing customer relationships completes your profile
