To support our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for a

Supply Chain Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Product & Process Support

Part-Time (20h/week) - Limited to 2 years

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination and support of interdisciplinary projects within the Supply Chain department
• Planning and preparation of project meetings, including documentation and follow-ups
• Monitoring of deadlines and milestones across several departments
• Early identification of risks and proactive problem-solving
• Collaboration with international teams and interfaces such as Product Development, Marketing, Graphics and Purchasing
• Creation of bill of materials and assembly instructions
• Preparation of preliminary cost calculations based on quotations
• Support for innovation and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Process Innovation Manager

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial or technical education or relevant professional experience
• Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Very good written and spoken English and German, at least C1 level
• Structured way of working and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, proactive mindset
• Enjoys working in cross-functional and international teams
• Team player with a solution-oriented approach
