Marketing & GTM Content Manager (full/part-time)

Role overview Project-S is looking for a hands-on Marketing & GTM Content Manager to create the product messaging, campaign content, sales enablement materials, landing-page copy, and proof assets needed to support near-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex technical capabilities into clear, credible, buyer-facing content. Experience with AI content generation tools is a strong advantage, especially for accelerating drafting, research, content repurposing, campaign variants, and marketing workflows while maintaining strong editorial judgment and technical accuracy. Key responsibilities Develop positioning and messaging for Project-S products and commercial offerings. Create product playbooks, one-pagers, solution briefs, pitch narratives, FAQs, objection-handling material, and demo-support content. Produce LinkedIn posts, website copy, campaign copy, newsletters, announcement drafts, and conference follow-up content. Start additional marketing channels as needed and formulate/execute strategies for them. Build and maintain a practical content calendar aligned with product launches, conferences, tenders, and commercial priorities. Support outbound and account-based campaigns with email copy, landing-page copy, CTA ideas, and follow-up material. Turn technical capabilities into buyer-relevant value propositions for satellite operators, agencies, partners, and institutional stakeholders. Package proof points, technical credibility, customer outcomes, and company milestones into reusable sales and marketing assets. Draft and improve product pages, landing pages, CTA paths, and website messaging. Assist customer outreach and tender & proposal work through lead generation as needed. Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research synthesis, campaign variations, editing, and repurposing, while ensuring accuracy, tone, and brand fit. Required qualifications Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or current enrollment, in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, Aerospace, Technology/Operations Management, or a related field. Experience in product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, communications, or GTM marketing. Strong writing and editing skills in English. Ability to understand technical products and translate them into clear business value. Experience creating marketing assets for B2B, SaaS, deep-tech, aerospace, defense, space, or similarly complex products. Ability to work independently and produce usable material quickly. Strong collaboration skills with founders, technical teams, sales, and operations. Good judgment around credibility, technical claims, and audience-specific messaging. Strong advantages Experience with AI content generation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Notion AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar tools. Experience building AI-assisted workflows for content production, research, campaign planning, or repurposing. Familiarity with space, aerospace, satellite operations, SSA/STM, defense, government, or institutional markets. Experience with conference marketing, account-based marketing, tender/proposal support, or technical sales enablement. Basic design sense and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, Webflow, Framer, HubSpot, Notion, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Apollo, or analytics dashboards.
