YOUR ROLE
As a Talent & Culture Officer you are the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all associates. You provide people-first support across onboarding, compliance, data management and culture-building initiatives, making sure every interaction feels smooth and welcoming. You also play a key role in recruitment, from coordinating interviews to supporting hiring processes, all while helping build a culture where people feel seen, supported, and set up for success. You ensure every touchpoint is handled with care and professionalism, supporting associates all the way through to their final check-out.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- You are the first point of contact for our team in all T&C-related matters, helping to create a warm, open, and trustworthy environment for our associates.
- You coordinate applicant management in collaboration with our team, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews and preparing employment contracts.
- You organize internal meetings and support the planning and execution of our monthly engagement activities and events.
- You confidently handle the administrative side of T&C, including maintaining personnel files and working with our scheduling software.
- You represent our hotel at career days, job fairs, and other recruiting events.
- You prepare certificates, reference letters, and all other T&C-related documents with care and professionalism.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have completed vocational training in hospitality or hold a degree in hospitality, tourism, or human resources management.
- Initial experience in T&C (Human Resources) is a big plus.
- Your warm presence, genuine empathy, and positive attitude make you a valued point of contact for our team.
- You’re highly organized and known for your structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
- Discretion and confidentiality come naturally to you.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy collaborating closely with other departments.
